006: Ray Coyne- CEO of Dublin Bus in Ireland

Ray and I have a thoughtful conversation of his 31 years with Dublin Bus Public Transport. He started as an entry-level team member and is now the CEO of the company that has 143M passengers a year, over 1,000 buses, and 3,500 team members. Ray shares with us some things his team is doing to use the COVID crisis as an opportunity, what he's found works for him for a balanced personal/professional life, and life lessons he's learned from coaching his son's soccer team.
