006 - Seminarian Chuck Cairnie - Part 1: A Young Oak

Chuck is a Seminarian in the Diocese of Cleveland. This episode is released on the occasion of his Ordination to the Transitional Diaconate, an event that we at Fathom the Heart celebrate with great joy. In this interview, Chuck shares his story of navigating the journey into manhood and discerning his call to the Priesthood. He speaks candidly about his love for his earthly father, himself a man of deep devotion to Jesus and the Catholic faith, even while navigating the common relational struggles associated with a young man emerging from dad's masculine shadow. Chuck will return in future episodes to share the rest of his vocation story, as well as his experience(s) of Ordination. Edited by Josh Metzger, Ben Kroger and Fr.
