006: Shark Attack Victim Mike Coots

from Finding Your Summit · host Mark Pattison

This is an amazing tale of survival by Mike Coots who at the time, was 18 years old when a 15’ tiger shark attacked him off the coast of Kauai and bit off his leg. In an attempt to save his life, he punched the shark twice in the face before it swam away.He lost his leg in the battle, but never wavered in his love for the ocean and his reverence for all its creatures. Amazingly, Coots was back in the water only a month after the attack. Hear how he overcame this adversity and now is an advocate to save sharks. A really inspirational episode.http://MarkPattisonNFL.comYou can find Mike at @mikecoots
