He's facilitated groups and helped co-create substance abuse programs to help people recovering from drugs and alcohol abuse. Randy struggled with substances abuse for many years and was able to recover and change his life for the better. Randy talks about the thing he learned through that experience and how the value of being teachable has helped him and continues to impact him in his life today.
