007: Finding Your Inner Truth Through Intuition

In this episode of Soulthentic podcast, Linh dives into finding your inner truth through intuition. In the Age of Information, we are constantly surrounded by all sorts of new information. It may seem like overload - like we are given stories and stories everyday that program and reprogram our belief systems. So how could we find what is actually ours and come back to our inner truth?It is through learning to filter through what we come in contact to each day, questioning, reflecting, and tapping into our intuition to find out what OUR personal truth is.  Our truth may be different from another person's and that is valid. To be authentic, we have to embrace our differences and our truths. We have to own that within ourselves but first, we must understand what is ours and anothers.Developing your intuition is through awareness. Spirit is always communicating to us through our senses and experiences. All we have to do is to pay attention and to allow it to happen. And when we are present with the moment, it becomes easier to hear our intuition. Allowing our intuition to guide us through life can lead to a magical life - it is a journey that Linh is embarking on everyday.
