007 - How to keep your remote team engaged?

I'm sharing behind the scenes of Bumper Leads, with an impromptu team meeting/podcast interview. The idea is to produce 5 pieces of content over 5 days among us, and whoever reaches their goal the fastest, will need to get a prize.....we haven't figured out this part just yet. We need your help!
