In this session of The DancePreneuring Studio, I have a thought-provoking conversation with Chris Jones , triple threat extraordinaire, as we discuss how dance fuels his life and business. Session Summary * Step to Success: Just as steps are necessary in a dance, there are steps to success in your life and business. In this segment, we discuss a step in the form of an app, a book, or a concept that will help you move forward. Today’s step is a brain exercise called kylegle . This is a great exercise to get you in the zone and create results from a future event, as if the event already happened. Be sure to check out the video in the links section below. * The Dancers’ Dialect: Dance terminology as it relates to life and business. This week’s word is releve , which means rising onto the balls or toes of one or both feet by pivoting feet downward at the ankles, or supporting the body with feet in the resulting demi pointe (raised heels) or en pointe (on the tips of the toes). It is easier to rise when you have buy cheap cipro good foundation and proper weight distribution.
