Lisa Newcomb is the founder and CEO of Thrive in Healing, whose mission is to empower individuals and communities on their journey toward improved wellness by providing culturally relevant, accessible, and curated holistic health solutions. Lisa is also the founder of the Syracuse Yoga Collective. She is a wellness coach, SEL consultant, community builder, and a 200-hour yoga alliance certified trauma-informed yoga and meditation instructor.
