Sometimes this can get a little overwhelming! So let's talk about how outsourcing can help lighten the load and give you more freedom to stay in your zone of genius doing what you love.  Outsourcing may be something you have thought of and disregarded as an expense you can't afford but if you give a job away that takes you 3 hours and that job only takes them 1 because it's their zone of genius, not yours. then you're paying for 1hr to get back three and over the course of a year, I'd say that's well worth it.
