And feel like yourself again, ready to tackle the week by Monday!Feeling exhausted at the end of the week? This is what I stopped doing and you can too by Monday to get your groove back!Yep, I finally convinced myself that weekends were not the time to derail all your progress but instead time for a "wellness retreat" as I like to call it. And since we can't go anywhere right now, why not think of the weekend as a chance to really be your best self? Plus feeling awesome on Sunday night (instead of hungover and tired) is going to give you the inspiration to make next week the best week yet!Be good to yourself. Here is how.1. Cut the crap. Stick to a clean meal plan.2. Stay Hydrated. That means 1 or zero servings of caffeine a day.3. Sweat out the stress! Take some extra time and do your favorite workout. Add in some yoga. Get outside.4. Get back on a healthy sleep schedule.5. Commit to a day of fun. Turn off your phone. Make a craft with your kids.
