009 - DOG DAYS
from We Watch 100 Isekai Hosted by ThermiteKitty
This episode of We Watch 100 Isekai contains spoilers for Dog Days / DOG DAYS, Episode 1. 00:00 - Intro 03:10 - Episode Recap (from the future!) 26:21 - Episode Discussion (from right after we saw the episode!) Did you know that the creator and the studio behind Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha also worked on an original isekai together? DOG DAYS is that series, and it's an explosive, kind-spirited time! But is it really a declaration of consent if you fall onto a contract? Can you really write a series where the big stakes are whether the cute kemonomimi villagers are happy or not? Listen as Zaku and Thermite run through an obstacle course and get bonked by harmless dodgeballs in the world of Flognarde (pronounced Fronyardo). These are reworked versions of the first 10 episodes, with a new recap segment and our post-episode discussion afterwards if you want our immediate feelings about the content.
