U ovoj epizodi naš gost je Macarena Botta, iz Urugvaja. Macarena je osnivačica prvog coworking prostora u Montevideu i uopšte Urugvaju, kao i nekoliko startupa. Aktivno radi na razvoju zajednica, startup kulture i jedan je od predavača na univeriztetu u Urugvaju na temu design thinking-a i inovacija. Takođe, radi mnogo sa timovima širom sveta na promeni kulture poslovanja i uvođenju design thinking pristupa u timove.  ---  In this episode, our guest is Macarena Botta, an entrepreneur and startup founder from Uruguay. She is the founder of the first coworking space in Montevideo and Uruguay, as well as the founder of several startups.
