Liz also shares her career journey starting as an engineering student and a field technician to leadership roles. Everyone speaks “art” – it is easy to connect with people on a visual level from stick figures to doodles. It helps students communicate ideas they may not have words for and gives an opportunity for immediate feedback and discussion.
