009. Jarrod Bellerose (Punch Therapy) - Why Young Men Should Box, The Coach's Life and The Journey Of Content Production

from Mediocre to Monster

Whats up everyone!  After some technical screw ups and a lesson learned, we are back to posting weekly episodes! This week, we are joined by Jarrod Bellerose, Boxing Skill Development Coach, to talk about one of my all time favorite topics... BOXING! Jarrod is an awesome guy, well studied boxing coach and content creator. It was awesome to talk shop with him, chat about his youth and his journey into boxing and then into becoming a teacher of the sport. I could speak about boxing for hours. AND, it was also intriguing to speak with him about content creation and the experience of putting yourself out there on social media... something I truly admire as I endeavour on the journey of doing so myself. As always, enjoy!
