009: The Despair of a Diagnosis

Sometimes grief comes in the form of a diagnosis. I remember vividly the day that I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. I sobbed and then I decided that I wasn't a victim and needed to get to work.  In today's episode, I share the grief I experienced when I found out that my once healthy body had a chronic illness that I would have to manage for the rest of my life.
