CrossFit Inc. has sold! Greg Glassman is out and the new guy Eric Roza seems to be exactly what the brand needed. Though I imagine you will see a mass re-affiliation from the gyms who had distanced themselves from the CrossFit name initially, Fortitude Strength will not be reaffiliating. The decision is layered and complex. Hell, we flew the flag for 5 years! We have a tremendous love for CrossFit and a training methodology we do not believe it reflects the brand and methodology that we are creating at Fortitude Strength. Why?
