Ist der Soli noch zeitgemäß? Die selbe Frage kann man auch beim Ehegattensplitting stellen. Er ist der Tarif in der Einkommensteuer für Ehepaare und eingetragene Lebenspartner/innen. Dabei ist der Tarif so ausgestaltet, dass die Steuerersparnis für ein Ehepaar bzw. Lebenspartner/innen höher ist desto unterschiedlicher die einzelnen Partner/innen verdienen. Solidarität innerhalb der Ehe oder steuerliche Bestrafung des-/derjenigen, der/die dann lieber "Zuhause bleibt"?
