Title: Meat Grinder Artist: Doc Ross Label: "No sleep till bedtime..."⁣⁣⁣⁣ Format: Digital⁣⁣⁣⁣ Release: Feb 9th 2025 Track list: 01] Meat Grinder 02] Stomping Ground 03] Acid Fog LINK: https://nosleeptillbedtime.bandcamp.com/album/meat-grinder The first release for 2025 comes from one of Melbourne’s original hardcore and techno warriors: Doc Ross 🧪 Ross brings us a unique three track release of driving techno influenced acid-core mayhem! Aptly named 'Meat Grinder', this release is a display of pure underground sounds, cultivated from years of living, breathing, and working within Melbourne's underground electronic music scene. No bullshit, no screeches, no over-sampled rave stabs, no trendy hardstyle breakdowns or fake drops. Just straight up unapologetic Melbourne attitude 🔥 Ross has been heavily involved in the Melbourne music scene as a DJ, producer, promoter and supporter of many projects over the years. As well as running various events, he was responsible for organising some of Melbourne's most notorious squat parties. His label Evil Eye Recordings focuses on hardcore, breakcore and speedcore, featuring some of Australia's best underground artists, on both digital and vinyl formats: evileyerecordings.bandcamp.com Whilst this may be his first solo release for us, this is not his first appearance on our label. His track “Mind Control” was a part of our “Endure And Survive” V/A: nosleeptillbedtime.bandcamp.com/track/mind-control He released a collab track with Dep Affect for Chapter I: The Darkness Of Future Past: nosleeptillbedtime.bandcamp.com/track/unpleasant-outcomes-2 He also provided a killer vinyl techno set for our podcast series: soundcloud.com/6head_slug/nstbt_podcast_112-doc-ross Even with so many years behind him, it still feels like the best is yet to come! Thank you Ross! 🙏🏻 If you like what you hear, be sure to like and follow his artist pages 👍🏻 A few seconds and a few clicks on your part can help make a difference at the end of the day.
