How do relationships affect us on a deeper level? In today’s episode, I unpack how the people we surround ourselves with, whether friendships, romantic relationships, or mentors, become a mirror for ourselves.    When we can look at ourselves from a best friend's perspective, this loving, non-judgmental point of view of ourselves can help us push toward goals that our ego may think are too big or too out of reach. Are you surrounding yourself with people who believe in you and aren't afraid of being straightforward and honest if you aren't being your best self? Or are you surrounding yourself with people who bring you down and tip-toe around the truth - or worse - judge and bring you down?    The people we’re in close proximity to in life affect us in major ways.
