Today we are talking about fear of judgement, shame, showing up authentically, and how to release judgements to live a more fulfilling life.  How you view yourself is how you view others and the world. What you judge in yourself is what you judge in others. What you judge in others is something you are judging in yourself. It’s all a mirror. The more you don’t accept parts of yourself, the more you attract people that also don’t accept those same parts of themselves. It perpetuates the cycle, you attract ppl similar to you yet, those same ppl are the ones you don’t want to attract. Face the parts of yourself you don’t want to face and then you free yourself. Free yourself from judgment, and accept yourself, love yourself, and begin to attract the right people that make you feel at home, elevated, inspired, and allow you to be, be, just yourself. When you’re fearing judgment from someone else, it has absolutely nothing to do with them. It’s an internal projection you are placing onto that person.
