01 Unforgiveness

Humanity’s greatest problem is the flesh (i.e., the ego or carnal mind), which believes itself to be God. One of the primary ways it maintains its rule is through unforgiveness. By refusing to forgive, believers remain spiritually blind, hindering their ability to believe God’s truth and experience the reality of His kingdom. In this message, “Unforgiveness – Part 1”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains the origin and nature of unforgiveness, teaching that it is rooted in the flesh’s tendency to judge others unto condemnation. He clarifies the meaning of “judging” as used in Matthew 7:1 (KJV), distinguishing between the act of discerning right from wrong, and the act of condemning those who have wronged us. He further reveals how unforgiveness prevents us from receiving God’s forgiveness, having faith, and spiritual perception. Finally, Pastor Jeffrey Walter urges believers to make forgiveness a daily practice through continual repentance, so they may grow in faith and walk in the freedom, joy and peace of His kingdom. As you listen to this message, may the Lord lead you into genuine repentance from unforgiveness. Key Scripture: Matthew 7:1-2 (KJV) Judge not, that ye be not judged. 2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. Other Scriptures: Matthew 6:12-15, Mark 11:25, Matthew 5:44, 1 Corinthians 2:9 (All Scriptures in KJV)
