We get real about the struggles of connection in today's modern world, particularly within the mental health community. This first episode about connection and community kicks off our podcast hitting on the core reason behind creating this podcast, to begin with. We wish to create a space where curious folks, emerging therapists, and seasoned clinicians all can find a sense of community that supports them through the challenges they face in and out of the therapy room.
