010 - “Business as Usual?” - Property Market Update

“Business as usual” I’ve heard this more times in the last couple of weeks than I care to think. Mainly from mortgage lenders. As much as I am dead against a lot of the OTT scaremongering and negative coverage, I also think everyone has to be responsible and not go too far in the other direction. We’ve had disruption in the property industry, but we are not on lockdown like some sources have suggested. Yes we need to stay positive, but this must be grounded in reality.
