010 - Entrepreneurship in Energy Projects

I met with Josh Medica a few weeks ago at Station Houston which was a perfect setting to talk about entrepreneurship in the energy and industrial sectors. Big thanks to Station Houston for letting us use their wonderful some space to record this interview.  Josh is the founder and president of Integrated Consulting and the Managing Director of Medica Investments. He invests in the entrepreneurs that are catalyzing the progress of our industry and is an active board member of the Houston Angel Network (HAN).  We had a great conversation about the uprising of Tech in the industrial projects world, the benefits of getting involved in the future of the industries we serve, finding your the sweet spot – where you know what you’re doing, marketing to clients that “want, need, and love what you are doing.”, and the importance of people educating themselves now about AI about the software and the tools that are coming out soon so that you can be ready for the changes and not left behind.
