010: Life As Ceremony: Becoming The Bridge with Lila Lunaa

In this episode, we welcome mentor, ceremonialist, mystic, artist, writer, and steward of the Waterways movement - Lila Lunaa. Lila has been devoted to the medicine path for many years with master plant and animal teachers, learning through the lineage of the Earth and the lineage of the Mother.      What does it mean to experience your life as one ongoing ceremony? To uphold a level of integrity, standard, attunement and discernment such that the quality of our lives match that of the highest caliber of self-respect, and thus, respect for all our relations?     We muse on the wisdom ways of the soma and soul - the body and spirit, and what it means to become a bridge for soulful remembering in your daily reality. We find that only when we can integrate any peak medicine, transformational, or transcendental experience into our personal embodiment, can we be a vessel for honest, sustainable change.
