Ready your weekly pep talk? In this episode, I walk you through the 25 minute Pomodoro method that I use for everything.  I used to teach it all the time in my consulting days. It is really easy and helpful. + Write a list of what you need to get done (Stick to 1-3 things). + Do a task for 25 minutes. Set a timer. Do not go over.+ Take a break! (YAH!) Usually 10 minutes. + Repeat the 25-minute timer.+ After 4 cycles, give yourself a 30-minute break! YAH again!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I don't know about you but I am motivated by breaks! And checking things off. Tell me, what are you going to use this for today? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀p.s. This is great for homeschooling, personal tasks and business tasks too! Do a 25-minute workout. Celebrate with a yummy smoothie break. Help your kids with a 25-minute writers workshop (that's what we did today!). Celebrate with an obstacle course. Write a 25-minute podcast episode. Celebrate with a walk outside!
