from Yoga Matters Podcast · host Emma and Andy

Thoughts? Questions? Feel free to get in touch - we'd love to hear from you :-)In this episode we introduce the subject of the 7 Chakras - which are our body's energy centres positioned along the spine. The word "chakra" comes from the Sanskrit word for "wheel" or "disk", which is why the Chakras are often depicted as coloured circles in diagrams. This ancient model helps us to describe and understand various aspects of psychological behaviour and enable us to identify areas for improvement and better psychological balance. Emma and Andy try to keep their podcasts light-hearted and unedited, wherever possible, allowing for a more natural conversation style and an authentic representation of their characters. They aim to provide information and entertainment by mixing their knowledge, research and personal experiences with debate and (occasional) opposing view points.  :-)If you would like more information about Emma and Andy or Learn Live Give and what they are trying to achieve, please go to www.learnlivegive.co.uk for more information. Also, please feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions or queries, thoughts or feedback on our podcasts. We'd love to hear from you.
