We all have to start somewhere and for most of us, that somewhere is the beginning. Duh! I'm joined today by my long time friend Iskah Avaya to discuss the highs and lows of the spiritual path and in particular, some of the mistakes that are made when we first awaken to a greater sense of awareness.
