011: Be That Person

Grief is tricky. It's as individual as a person's fingerprints. Today, we dive into becoming the person that can walk alongside their grieving friend or family member in a natural and unforced way.  Most of us don't know how to be that person. There is no instruction manual. But being geniune and sincere is necessary.
