011 Beginners Mind

from New Feminine Revolution

A Beginners Mind is an old and wise philosophy that comes from Zen Buddhism that refers to having an attitude of openness and lack of preconceptions when studying a subject. It’s an invitation to be curious and to see beyond what you already know. But for me, it’s also been a door to be more compassionate and forgiving of myself. In this episode, I share with you what it means to have a Beginners Mind and why you should adopt it in 2018. No matter where you are in the journey towards your goals. If you had stopped and are inspired to go at it again in 2018 or if you’re far ahead in your journey, adopting a Beginners Mind will support you in achieving what you want. Hosted on Acast.
