011: Lets Redefine the Idea of Medicine, and Find Ours!

In the west we think of medicine as a pill we take, but on this weeks episode, Daniella and I explore a larger meaning of medicine. We redefine it as any choice, action, movement that brings you closer to balance. In this lens, when we bring intention and purpose to our decisions, we can find medicine in anything.
