The ambush of emotions that come flooding in can overwhelm you.How To Deal With FirstsIn the first months or even a year after your divorce you really need to lean on your friends and family for support. Don't be too proud to tell people how you are feeling. This is not a time to "man up". You also need to lean on your faith. I clung tightly to my faith in the months and years after my divorce and it helped to pull me through.
