011 - Together We are More Successful - Chris and Harmonie Borden

Chris: Christopher and his family are originally from Maui, Hawaii, where he was the president of the second largest retail food chain in the state as well as VP and CMO of its parent company. They left the W-2 life and relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah in 2021 to focus on real estate full time. Owner of Family Tree Landmark Investments, his mission is to better serve his family by providing partners higher returns on their valuable money than possible through traditional investment portfolios. Chris’s experience in business, finance, and real estate enable him to provide quality investment opportunities for his family and network. Harmonie: Harmonie’s passion for helping others and relentless work ethic led her into a 13 year career doing case work for the US Military. During that time she was able to build her skill set in teaching, exploring, and providing resources to our service members and their families. As her contract with the military slowly ended, Harmonie soon realized she’d freed her time to continue focusing on what’s most important to her; family. She is a proud wife and mother of three children,and the most amazing grandson . As a woman who appreciates quality time with her family, going into the real estate industry was perfect for her! Not only is she a Real Estate Sales Agent she is a Full-Time Investor who understands both spectrums. In addition to investing, a passion for her is sharing education and helping others understand the whole process of purchasing properties and investing.
