011 | Why Worship God?

We’re pondering some basic yet essential elements of the good news about Jesus. Last week we considered an episode called About God. It gave us the answer to such questions as: (1) Is there a God? And (2) If so, what is this God like? This week, we’re going to consider worshiping God. Why do we do it? Why does a God who created everything seek those who will worship Him? Our memory verse is Revelation 4:11. Let’s hear it together: “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.”
