012: Metamorphosis: Navigating The Cycles of Change

In this episode, I take us on a journey through the 4 stages of metamorphosis. As we live through the wisdom of the mariposa (the butterfly), we begin to understand the cycles of change and learn how to navigate them in a way that allows us to feel empowered, connected, and faithful. I know that transformational life chapters can be disorienting, confronting, confusing, unnerving even, and I've found that having a better understanding of what’s occurring can assist you in regaining your sense of agency, strength, and empowerment through any meetings with intensity, uncertainty, and insecurity.   This Soul Share will help you to identify where you are in the life cycle stages and support you in understanding what it is that’s being asked of you / required of you in each. With a willingness to be in introspection, asking yourself the appropriate questions, maintaining an aware and trusting heart, and an openness to embracing your emotions as intelligent messengers, you can both triumph and thrive through any trials that find your way.   So wherever you be along the metamorphic journey, may you trust that you are exactly where you "should be".
