Babatunde Akin-Moses is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Sycamore.NG, an online peer-to-peer Fintech lending platform connecting lenders and borrowers using technology, based in Lagos. Since commencement in March 2019, the start-up has facilitated the disbursement of about N1 billion between lenders and hundreds of borrowers (who are mostly small businesses), via its platform. . . Prior to Sycamore, Babatunde worked as a Budget Analyst at Shell Nigeria Exploration Production Company Limited (SNEPCO) at the start of his career. He also worked as a consultant for #KPMG and #PwC between 2011 to 2018, before he left as a manager in the tax division. In 2018, Babatunde also had a brief stay at Pezesha (Kenya), a peer-to-peer micro-lending marketplace based in Nairobi Kenya. . . Babatunde graduated Bowen University with a first-class degree in Economics, enrolled into Lagos Business School (LBS), Pan-Atlantic University and IESE Business School, Barcelona (Exchange Program), Spain in 2017, and earned his Master of Business Administration in 2019.
