Fear is a physical reaction to an immediate danger we are in. When we recognize our Fear, the body prepares us for a fight-or-flight response to protect us from danger.   Have we paused to recognize if those dangers were, in fact, real or were those "conditioned" emotions? Could fear be a learned emotion?  Suppose we recognize that our Fear originates from life's experiences that are no longer relevant; what is our next step to undo that Fear?
