Joe is the dean of the College of Business & Professional Studies and associate professor at Mary Baldwin University and principal consultant at Emmanuel Strategic Sustainability. His work focuses on successfully blending academic research and industry practice to leverage the power of business to create a better world for all stakeholders.When asked specifically about sustainability, he says, "I learned about sustainability growing up on a farm. We didn't have a whole lot. We figured out ways to get by with what we did have.
