014: All the answers...but no action?

The Best advice my coach gave me was to always "take your own advice".  Most people agree with this principle but their actions say different. It's not about doing something once and then telling others multiple times about the one time we did it. It's the opposite! What do we do multiple times (as a habit) that we can share with others at the right time. If we truly believe that our actions speak louder than our words than their shouldn't be an urge to "tell" someone advice, if our lives speak it.
