I grew up indoctrinated in an evangelical fundamentalist christian megachurch. So how did I escape?The more I learn about how the evangelical christian church in the United States operates, the more I commend myself and others for getting the hell out of there. But the reality is, it wasn’t easy. It took a lot of courage, curiosity, and most importantly, critical thinking.
