Der Begriff „Kooperative Projektabwicklung“ ist in aller Munde. Gerade in Zeiten der Corona-Krise hört man vielfach, dass die daraus resultierenden Folgen partnerschaftlich und kooperativ abgehandelt werden sollten. Aber was heißt kooperativ eigentlich genau und gibt es eine Möglichkeit Kooperation zu messen? Welchen Einfluss kann darauf bereits in der Vertragsgestaltung genommen werden? Diese Fragen erörtere ich in einem spannenden Gespräch mit Wolfgang Wiesner. Wolfgang ist Leiter der Bauwirtschaftsabteilung der Porr AG. Neben der Strabag der zweitgrößte Baukonzern Österreichs. Das allein prädestiniert ihn jedoch nicht als Gesprächspartner für dieses Thema. Er hat beim Merkblatt „Kooperative Projektabwicklung“ des ÖBV, sowie bei der Entwicklung des „Koop Quick Check“ mitgearbeitet.
