Unsere Träume werden so häufig erstickt vom Sicherheitsbedürfnis unserer Gesellschaft. Doch glaub mir, Du willst am Ende Deines Lebens nicht denken „Hätte ich mal den Mut gehabt, meine Träume zu leben.“ In dieser Folge tauchen wir gemeinsam in das Thema „Veränderung“ ein. Dabei erhältst Du Einblicke in mein Leben und Situationen, in denen auch ich viel Angst vor Veränderung hatte - denn so wie die meisten Menschen wurde auch ich mit dem tiefen Bedürfnis nach Sicherheit aufgezogen. Doch es gab einen Zeitpunkt, an dem ich mich nicht länger von der Angst klein halten lassen konnte!
