Matej tokrat gosti Vesno Miloševič Zupančič, nekdanjo mladinsko voditeljico in mladinsko delavko, danes zaposleno na e-Študentskem servisu. Svojo kariero je v veliki meri posvetila delu z mladimi, kar je nadgradila tudi z doktorskim raziskovanjem kompetenc, ki jih mladi pridobivajo v mladinskem delu.V pogovoru najprej odpreta vprašanje sistema študentskega dela v Sloveniji, ki ima že več kot 60-letno tradicijo, a je skozi različna obdobja opravljal zelo različne vloge. Nato orišeta razvoj vstopanja mladih na trg dela – od obdobja po krizi leta 2008 do današnjih razmer, ki so v marsičem bistveno drugačne.Poseben poudarek namenita vprašanju, kaj se danes mladim zdi pomembno pri vstopu na trg dela, in ali so se glede na pretekla obdobja bolj spremenile razmere ali prioritete generacij. Generacija Z namreč na trg dela prinaša nova pričakovanja in vrednote, kar pogosto preseneča delodajalce.Zato v nadaljevanju razmišljata tudi o tem, kako lahko podjetja in organizacije bolje razumejo mlade, kako pristopiti k tej generaciji ter kako lahko specifike današnjih mladih generacij smiselno vključijo v svoj razvoj.
