015: Top Reasons Why Your Baby Might Be Waking At Night with Chantal Murphy - Baby Sleep Magic

from Baby Sleep Magic · host Chantal Murphy

It's normal for babies to wake randomly throughout the night even after they have been sleeping through for a few weeks or even months. It's a normal part of sleeping. Even as adults every 90 minutes we wake throughout the night to toss, turn, move our pillow, rollover, and we will drift back off to sleep. Night waking can be for a few reasons. To feed, possible teething, sickness, temperature or developmental advances (for example: rolling, crawling, waking more often right before or after learning to pull themselves up and talking). If you find any of this information valuable please share it with another mum. For more information follow me on Instagram Baby Sleep Magic and checkout my highlight stories at the top on the page.
