016 Intention Setting For The New Year

It's a new dawn, it's a new day it's a new life - or so every blinking bit of media would have you believe the minute the clock struck midnight on New Year's Eve. It's not that we don't love an excuse to plan and dream - it's that we hate the pressure of January. Resolutions have been proven (yes, proven) not to work, January is a bastard weather wise anyway and we've relaxed into our Christmas vibe so much that the 1st January feels like running into a brick wall. Repeatedly.
