We are creatures of habit and live life mainly on repeat of thinking, feeling and doing the same thing every day. To change what you are doing requires you to see it from a fresh perspective and give yourself more choice. There is always more choice! The hamster wheel of life can prevent us from pausing and reflecting and asking ourselves whether we are doing things in the most effective way to get the results we want.
