016 New Results Requires Different Thinking

from Unlocking Possibilities with NLP

Have you ever found yourself doing the same thing over and over hoping to get different results?Wanting to feel better but still thinking the same thoughts that are making you feel bad. Wanting to be more effective at work but doing the same strategies and wondering where your day has gone. Maybe there are relationships in your life that you would like to improve but you find yourself falling back into the same arguments and don't know how to get out of it. In this episode I talk about if you want new results then it requires different thinking. We are creatures of habit and live life mainly on repeat of thinking, feeling and doing the same thing every day. To change what you are doing requires you to see it from a fresh perspective and give yourself more choice. There is always more choice! The hamster wheel of life can prevent us from pausing and reflecting and asking ourselves whether we are doing things in the most effective way to get the results we want. I invite yo to take a moment and look down to observe yourself and open up possibility and choice. Come and join my free community on facebook, Unlocking Possibilities.About Sarah:Sarah Fletcher is a Transformational NLP and mBIT Coach and Trainer.
