In this episode, Linh dives deep with Paul Zink who is an agroforestry expert and co-founder of Jungle Foods that focused on helping local farmers bring in more abundance by creating a market that provides healthy choices of foods to consumers. He explains how he got to where he is at now from starting his path of leaving the US, coming to Costa Rica, planting out a diverse agroforestry system which he likes to call a food forest.
