Ryan faced more diversity in his 10+ year career as a full time professional Supercross and Motocross that would make the strongest athlete want to give up. In 2012 Ryan faced not only a career ending crash it nearly ended his life. Ryan didn't just bounce back from that he came back as a race winning team manager. In 2021 Ryan is the Red Bull KTM race team coordinator and test rider, and also assists in production testing.
