016 Special Episode: Real World Fitness Inspiration from my clients (Part 1)

from Busy Woman's Guide to Wellbeing

In this episode, some of my clients will inspire you with their experiences with health, fitness and wellness and how they’ve gone from struggling to exercise regularly to making it an integral and important part of their lives. These are all busy women who have found their own individual reasons to exercise, and who have also found ways to include fitness and wellness into their lives, in a way that works for them.  Today I'm joined by Hannah, an interior designer with two kids, and Emily who’s executive director for a small charity, also with two children. They both started attending my postnatal fitness classes several years ago and are still clients to this day at ChickFit Online.   What Is Covered: - How exercising became an important part of Hannah’s and Emily’s lives  - The benefits of exercising and how it enhances life  - How Hannah and Emily struggled to exercise regularly, and how they’ve overcome that - How they’ve learned to plan and organise their time - How to prioritise fitness when you have so many other priorities   - How exercise doesn’t just help with physical strength, but also helps with mental health What Emily and Hannah share are real world experiences and the things that have helped them to get to a happy, confident place where regular exercise is an absolute must.
