She made it to the top of the corporate ladder simply because of the business knowledge and skill sets she possessed.Fun Fact – Melissa is a mom and a wife, with a passion for fitness.Obstacles Overcame – She has gone through all the trails and growing pains as everyone else. She found these times as a time to grow although she did not have experienced people around her to make this growing times an easier one. She had to make a hard decision in December of last year to walk away from her executive position to start her business.
